This was one of the best Paradors we have stayed in so far over the years. A real gem in a great setting - loved the historical aspect of it and the way the dining room faced the rising sun! À truly memorable trip.

The location
WE weren't able to visit the older more historic parts of the buildings because we needed to book a tour in advance. Very disappointing.

Room was warm on a freezing night,; nice ( historic ) premises and a very nic eroom
we were stopping overnight en-route for an appointment. Arriving late the restaurant was full but the bar meals were OK, couldn't get a cup of coffee before we left at 7am as the cafe/bar wasn't open , no kettle in the room and not even a vending machine -probably OK if you are on a leisurely holiday but we'll find another route next time
