Location was so easy being able to park. Room was nice.
Be prepared for the stairs! Not much bad to say it’s a great location, good beds, huge rooms.

This is a brilliantly placed hotel, great for people watching. Massive rooms.
Nothing, it was the perfect base.

The best thing about this place was the location. We literally saw it from the bus as it was parking, then it was a 2 to 3 minute walk. We also liked the large sink in the bathroom.
It was very small with nowhere to put things. We had to largely "live out of our suitcases" because of the lack of space. There was also a vent near the ceiling through to the hall. We could hear people talking almost as if they were in the room with us, but that didn't happen much. I should say that this was our first time in Venice. We don't really know how it compares with other places for the price.
