We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We loved to see that this parador was similar to a US roadside motel, but a lot fancier with a sturdy structure and interesting architecture.
A lover of gazpacho and other cold soups, I tried their garlic soup at dinner, and I didn't like it at all. The restaurant staff, for some reason, was not as friendly as the staff we met at the other paradors and many restaurants on our stay in Spain.

Lots of space to walk our dogs, on the lead. Liked the property and would stay there again

Room had a nice large balcony to enjoy the evening sunshine.
Dinner main course was served late with the excuse that the kitchen was busy with bar food. Not acceptable. The food was served cold as a result of the delay and had to be returned.
An accidental spillage of a drink at the table was ignored by staff and I had to clean it up myself. Not acceptable.
