Location, room that was given to us, which overlooked the waterfall, free parking under cover for our motorcycles, food in the restaurant, general look and feel of the hotel and its settling
Very little, there isn’t much to do apart from walking and using the cable car (which didn’t work for the 3 days we were there) it would have been good to have access to a guest library and selection of board games

The quality of the room and building and the surrounding landscape.
There were not enough staff so whilst the restaurant operated for breakfast or dinner little to no bar service was available.
Coffee if not having breakfast not available until 11.00 am.
Lots of space and tables but little to zero service for coffee or drinks. Restaurant menu not inspiring and quite pricey. You are a quite remote.

This is a very special place. The hotel is beautifully furnished with lots of original art throughout the hotel. Public rooms are a delight and our room was something else, really really nice. Supper and breakfast were both tremendous. Definitely worth it as a treat!

Stunning views and motorcyle parking.
Evening food service wasn't the best. One waitress was amazing but the waiter that delivered my husband's food basically threw it at him. Not a bad stay but could have been better.
