It's a beautiful place, I had a large room with a nice view.
The bathroom was large, clean with a wonderful shower!
Large -- king sized? -- comfy bed.
The hotel -- former castle -- is cool.
I did not eat there, though, so cannot comment on the food.
I only spent one night. The staff was cordial, pleasant, no complaints.
The town itself is a short walk down the hill to the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral.
I wish I could've spent another night or perhaps even two there.
I highly recommend the Parador and a visit to Siguenza.

It’s a privilege to stay in a historical site. It’s was very clean and close to all the sites to see
The pillows which was not a standard pillow but a sausage like long pillow that was too soft and not comfortable to sleep on. Although the mattress was awesome
