Location. Ease of after hours entry/exit with digital key.
Steep stairs - although typical of Amsterdam

Location is great, close to lost of shops, restaurants and metro stop.
The hotel is quiet, has great view over the canal, and is really well appointed internally.
The size of the bed for a double room was much too small. I know space is at a premium in Amsterdam hotels, but even another 6 inches wider would've made a difference.

Nice building in a rich area of Amsterdam .Easy system with virtual key to open doors .
Deluxe Room(203) very very small, sink in the room , no space available to put stuff and the suitcases, no table ,no closet , nothing. No breakfast. People at the reception available only until 15.00
