Staff members made a big difference, with their kindness and great service. Special thanks to Yanet from the front desk for going out of her way to help us with our tour issues. I also have to mention two nice ladies Maritza and Roxana from the restaurant who provided excellent service.

The place is beautifully designed with great taste, perfectly blending into Cusco’s historic charm. The location in the old town is fantastic, with many great restaurants and attractions just a short walk away.
Everything was great!
