Fantastic location, a few hundred metres from several tram, bus stations etc. Lost of food places nearby, literally beside a LIDL. Plenty of sockets in the walls and is a very quiet hotel. The guy at reception was incredbly helpful and friendly (never got his name).
The shower required a degree in engineering to get both hot water AND to keep the shower head on the holder but was fine. No complaints other than that.

I loved how friendly the receptionist(mostafa) was to me, genuinely the best possible service to have ever gotten at any hotel.
