The refurbished bedrooms are much more modern in appearance, with spacious en-suite facilities. A walk-in shower and a heated bathroom mirror make life easy in the morning. Air conditioning is always welcome, especially on those days when the Sun makes more than a token appearance
The bed was too soft for my liking, but I know this is more a question of personal taste.

Close to the train station and the center
Not so interesting immediate area. Fitness center is outside the hotel. Bar/restaurant closes early

Breakfast
Old, uncomfortable, elevator noise, outside noise, too pricey
