Friendly staff, allowed us to check in hours early when we were asking if we could store our bags somewhere until check in as our room was ready. This was so appreciated after a very early start. Comfortable clean room, great view, great location. Nice bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Lovely bar.

Location, breakfast, comfortable bed
Smell of wastewater system that was all around the hotel, some problems with their septic pipes/system that somehow could get aired inside the building. Very disgusting smell (smell of dead mice). When I mentioned it they tried to hide it pretending there was no problem. When I indicated it was obvious and they don’t need to hide it, they said oh but it was solved!! It was not solved obviously!

Front desk staff helpful and friendly
Coffee tabs not replaced by housekeeping so had to ask 3 times for coffee tabs for a coffee in the morning and fresh cups
Having no shower gel in the shower 2 days in a row.
No complimentary water even as Hilton honor members.
All of the above solved by ringing housekeeping or reception, but shouldn’t be my job.
And finally, no toilet brush. Do not understand this one but seems to be the case in many top hotels.
