Location. Cleanliness. Architecture.
While our overall stay was pleasant, there are a few areas that could be improved.
There was a nearly constant noise of footsteps coming from above. It seemed that our room might have been located beneath a corridor, which negatively affected comfort and sleep quality.
The breakfast staff was not particularly helpful. When we asked for a table for five people, we were simply told that none was available. It would have been appreciated if the staff had offered assistance in combining smaller tables. In the end, we had to arrange this ourselves.
The towels were quite small and appeared heavily worn and thin.
Room temperature control was difficult. The only option was adjusting the radiator, which made it nearly impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature. The room was either too warm or too cold. In a hotel of this standard, a more precise digital climate control system would be expected.
The windows were fixed and could not be opened. Given the challenges with temperature regulation, the inability to ventilate the room made the situation even more inconvenient.
These issues did not ruin our stay, but addressing them would significantly improve the guest experience.
