Bedroom was comfortable, staff friendly and helped me with my luggage when checking out!
The bed literally shakes every time a bus or a lorry drove past, which was frequent. They had 3 cats kept in a small cage downstairs, the only time they let them out the 5 days I was there was when I asked them to. I had no hot water, mentioned on day 1 but never fixed the problem, room next door was empty the whole time I was there so could have just moved me

Great staff
Well located to visit old town
Very clean
Staff open minded with us leaving later
Facilities very old, did not look like picture at all
Swimming pool is very very small
Breakfast was not included ( not like other comments mentioned) - and pretty expensive compared to the other places nearby
