Perfect location with exceptional views
We had a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom villa.
The location is extremely convenient - it's near to everything, which made getting around very easy.
The view is exceptional, and the sunset is truly spectacular; the most beautiful in Mykonos it was the highlight of our stay.
We also loved the size of the outdoor area — it is wide and beautifully arranged, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
The stuff was very helpful and provided a 4 stars like hotel services from cleaning to changing towels and bed linen.
Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, there were a few downsides.
Being close to the port, the sound of diesel motors of the ferries stationed at night while sitting outside it was noticeable and disruptive.(not noticeable inside the villa, the aluminum doors are well insulated)
Access to the villa involves around 30 steep steps down, which could be a challenge with heavy luggages.
The kitchen worktop is practically non-existent, making it very difficult to prepare meals.
The outdoor furniture is worn, and there is no BBQ on the terrace, which was disappointing.
Lastly, the swimming pool is not well designed — the water level sits about 25 cm below the terrace floor, which makes you feel as if you're swimming in a big tank rather than a proper infinity pool.
Overall, the location and views are hard to beat, but the villa could benefit from some improvements to match its potential.

Breathtaking view, large pool area with a lot of privacy, spacious with 4 bathrooms
The apartment was not very clean (stains on the bed and pillows, hair in the shower, strange water colour of the pool) and the furniture outside is quiet old and should be replaced (did not look like on the pictures)

The villa is very nice with a very nice interior. The pool is big and there is a nice view.
Unfortunately we arrived to a very dirty villa with glas on the floor and cigarettes in the pool. Moreover we can not recommend the taxi transfer offered from the villa as they charged us a way more money than the local taxi drivers.
