Location was excellent. It was a very easy walk into the main commercial centre of the city.
The apartment was very well equiped with everything needed including kitchen appliances, plates, cooking utensils etc.
The information provided by the host in advance was very clear and easy to use.
Overall, the apartment matched the photos closely that that the quality was very much in line with what we had expected based on what we saw in the booking information.
Payment, including a separate security deposit all occurred via a separate portal. Considering potential fraud concerns, I would have greatly preferred if all payments could have been directly through the booking website - ie booking.com
There was some slight noise from a nearby apartment which appeared to have a small party. Not intrusive and certainly very typical of what I would expect in such city apartments.
The building front door and immediate surroundings were somewhat worn/dated. Thus the initial impression on approaching the building and first entry were not immediately enticing. This is completely at odds with the apartment itself which was lovely. Note too that the overall street was clean and pleasant so the impression walking to the apartment in the morning/evening felt reasonably safe and pleasant (for a city location).

Great location. Reasonable space for our purposes. Well equipped kitchen.
Bathroom was cramped and whilst adequate it could have been cleaner.
Dodgy lock on entrance door was exactly as described. When we came back at night it was a bit anxiety inducing.

Location - nice hot water for bath
Stairs - very loose tap in kitchen - difficulty getting key as location bizarre

The location was good and central
The property was extremely dirty. Only took our daughter’s socks off for a second and her feet were black with dirt.
