Artist's studio duplex loft type in open space, overlooking small private garden, sunny (south-west orientation), quiet and spacious.
Capacity: 1 to 7 people.
3 rooms including 1 large bedroom with 2 spaces.
Dining room under veranda, equipped American kitchen with bar and stools, living room/bedroom with boat cabin on the mezzanine, WC with toilet, bathroom with whirlpool.
Living area: 80 m², garden 10 m².

- bedding: 1 double bed, 1 convertible sofa bed for 2 people, 1 pull-out bed for 2 people, 1 single bed on the mezzanine (boat cabin),

Our stay here was lovely, albeit hot. We visited during a heatwave in Paris making for a hot few days. Thankfully, our host purchased a fan before our arrival; without the fan, we would have been a pool of sweat on the floor. We were very grateful to the basement area as it made for a much cooler space than the upstairs. I wish I had recognized the 4 day minimum booking. We altered our plans to arrive a day late and due to travel constraints we were not able to stay an extra day. We were not able to recoup the costs of the one day we didn't use the flat due to this 4 day minimum. I wish we had been able to stay longer but we were constrained by our flight booking. I was very happy with how secure we felt while in the flat. Initially I was a little wary about staying on the ground floor but upon arrival, any worries I had about security were quashed with the multiple security measures in place. We travel with young kids and security is always at the forefront of my mind. We were a group of 5 and the space was ample enough for our needs.Another perk was it's proximity to the metro and local attractions and all the amenities of the flat. The host was very responsive and we were able to get some restaurant suggestions and helpful tips regarding the area.

It was nice being close to a metro station. Having a bakery, pharmacy and grocery store close was also very nice. The fact that the apartment has a separate toilet from the shower proved nice for our family.

First the positives. The owner responds to every email promptly, and is professional. His employees are prompt and on time. The apt is clean and spacious for four. There is an added benefit that the shower and toilet are separate so you don't have to wait if you have to go. There is security 4 locks separate you from the outside. It would be great for bachelors to stay here. The price is right. You can walk anywhere within an hour.
Now the downside. The apt is cluttered. If you have small children do not stay here. There are paint buckets and stacks of paintings everywhere. It seems to be an artists studio that is rented. The garden you cannot spend time in because it is cluttered and no where to sit. It is a shame actually because it could be an added benefit to hang out.The trundle bed that is underneath is uncomfortable and it needs to be replaced. My guest got a bad back from it. Even though there is security of four locked doors it is a city and this place is not to stay if you are alone or with only women as I was. Men cat call from outside when you enter late at night. Our Taxis actually waited for us to get in because four men were howling so loud. It was a bit nerve racking and we left early because of it. Unfortunately the owner cannot prevent this. Because the downstairs is in a basement the sheets were constantly damp.
