Lovely hotel with great facilities, comfortable room and ocean view. Staff were fantastic, especially Jessie - they were very helpful and even gave me a free upgrade! Breakfast was very good too and they offered an hourly shuttle to a nearby beach with loungers.
Location wasn’t in the city centre, but there were plenty of food options and cafes within walking distance.

The location was great easy to get into town via a Grab
We were on the 18th floor - the balcony doors didn’t really close to a tight seal so the outside noise was louder than expected. The hotel was quite dark/dramatic. Overall it seems to cater for a Russian market - the sky ‘bar’ could have been lovely but instead was a rooftop club with Russian music which we could hear from our room - it could have been so lovely! Cocktails were awful. I booked a spa treatment but they failed to actually book it so i didn’t have it! There is no shaving mirror or decent light to shave int the bathroom. Over all very average despite the trophy saying best of the best!
