About this apartment rental
This Beach Front Condo is on the 1st floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It has the best views of the shoreline while you enjoy drinking coffee on your balcony or having an evening drink watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the sounds of the ocean. This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or a family of 4.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all you need for cooking. While you're enjoying the beautiful views from the couch, it also turns into a sofa sleeper. There is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. You can stream your favorite channels and use free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. You can enjoy a good night's rest on a King size memory foam mattress after a long day at the beach in the master bedroom. Bathroom has a new walk-in shower with a seat. In-unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack those bags. We provide you with the necessities to get you started. Linens and towels are provided but Beach towels are not. We ask that you do not take towels to the pool or beach.
There must be an adult age 25 yrs. or older staying in the condo at all times. No smoking or parties aloud. No Pet's Aloud these rules are fully Enforced.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resorts in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities. This gated property is on 138 acres with controlled entrance and 24-hour security. This resort contains 11 swimming pools including the resorts famous lagoon pool with cascading waterfalls, 10 seasonally heated pools throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, restaurant service, beach service, cabana/VIP chair service, kids splash pad, water sports/activities, Edgie's Market, Starbucks, ice-cream parlor, poolside Tiki Bar, surf and sundries shop, fitness center, Tram service, 9-hole golf course, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts.
Please note that there is a fee to use the gym, golf and tennis courts paid directly to the resort at the Club House by the Convention center across the street on the Villa side.
Panama City Beach has some much to offer off the resort. You can head across the street to Rock-It Lane bowling, skating, Axle Throwing, several great restaurants to eat just in walking distance. Head to Pier Park and enjoy some great food, live music, shopping or go fishing off the Pier. Take a ride on the Sky Wheel and see the amazing views of PCB. The whole family would enjoy Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, or Gulf World. Take a tour on the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins. Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. At night there are lots of putt-putt, go-kart riding and arcade locations. Panama City Beach is made for making memories last a lifetime!

Room was in the perfect location. And the view was stunning. One of the Elevators was not working (not property owners fault), so was grateful to be on 1st floor with easy access up and down steps. Before we checked in owner asked us to make sure there was no damage to the property because (i guess) the previous renters had done some damage. There was. So I was grateful to be able to notify her right when we checked in. Because of that we had the owner and maintainace in and out of the condo during our stay. Guess it means they fix it as soon as they can. Room was mostly clean. There was some food left on the mattress of the pull out couch where my son slept. Just chip crumbs so we just brushed it off. Not very much space at all to store any food you bring. And host provides minimal supplies ( hand soap for bathroom, one roll of toilet paper, 3 laundry pods) but we came prepared. The check out list is pretty extensive (never been asked to vacuum before I leave before) but we r tidy people. The main issue was the booking app said check out was 11 ，but when I asked the host the night before she said the cleaning lady would be there right at 10 (which was the time posted in the condo). We made it work. Just a lot going on with the rental. But I guess thats July at edgewater. Host was excellent at communication.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family beach trip. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation!

During our stay the city suffered a water main break that led to no water in the condo for multiple days. We were in the area for a dance competition and multiple other families were also affected. Many of those families received partial refunds for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Amy was unwilling to make any offer whatsoever based on the rationale that she had no control over the water main break.Of course we understand that a water main break is not the property owners responsibility, but it is not difficult to see how massive an impact that would have on a guest and to not be willing to offer anything at all to try and alleviate the sour taste was disappointing to say the least. Renter beware.
