I like the fact that they send you instructions straight away so you can just get on your holiday without needing to talk to anyone etc we didnt talk to anyone throughout our visit except from when we first got there and even then we phoned them but we could see people walking around tending to the hot tub etc
The corner for the turning out was very blind for turning onto the road so be mindful of that - The information on booking.com is a little outdated with the automated messages for example it says park in your assigned space but when we phoned they confirmed there was actually no assigned spaces as we were confused when we pulled up

The wood burner.. lovely thoughtful goodeys. Very homely. Wonderful hot tub. Bed was comfy. Beechcombe woods we found at back. Went for a walk in them.
The pillows bit hard. Table a tad small. Shame cafe wasnt open.

Out of the way, not many passers by. No disturbance. Nice additions added, hot tub, fire stove.
The water pressure on the shower dropped when it was raised in temp
The chocolates purchased as part of the Roman e package were out of date

It’s a cute little property, in a quiet area. Hot tub was lovely (the main reason we went)
The bed was uncomfortable. It’s in the middle of nowhere that’s not well sign posted. There’s a sign on the gate but when the gate is open, it’s easily missed. The sign needs to be above the fence and a sign in both directions on the way in. I was told to look for a ‘couple of flag poles’. There was one - the Union Jack flag. We drove past it twice before we realised it must be there.
