Excellent holiday let.
Clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Excellent AC.
Loved the location, very central.
If your a light sleeper a pair of ear plugs would be useful. The road at the front, like all roads in Florence is pretty busy.
I would stay again.

Perfect location to discover Florence. 1min from Ponte Veccio. It’s also beside some great bars and restaurants. The property is full of authentic charm and Andreia gave great advice on where to eat locally.
It could be noisy but honestly it didn’t bother us at all. That’s the price of being so central.

Location great. Washer. Good natural light.
The key for entry was difficult to use. The air conditioning and washer shut off when we left the property. After the stay, the host contacted us, said we had not paid, and asked us to pay her directly by bank transfer or PayPal. She provided a full bank account number. We had already paid in full through Booking.com months before the stay, and we have the booking confirmation of that payment. In my opinion, asking a guest who has already paid through the portal to send money again by bank transfer or PayPal is a clear violation of Booking.com’s rules against off-platform payment, and it was deceptive: an attempt to take advantage of a guest who might be less familiar with how these bookings work. After I posted this review calling out that request, the property contacted me and threatened legal action over my review here. In my opinion, these actions reinforce why I cannot recommend this property, despite the great location.
