I came to celebrate my birthday. A special thanks to Alex, Sha Sha, Zeya, Smile and Vivian for bringing me cake and giving me well wishes. I also had a lovely lady at the buffet who organised a special drink for without fizz as I cannot have any carbonated drinks. I also had two lovely treatments from the spa by Julia. Also as I have been coming here since 2024 and the staff reconised me and always welcome me back.
Unfortunately my spa treatment the one day got interrupted multiple times. Five times to be exact, and four out the five times the person was being extremely loud taking products.

Breakfast has many alternatives catering to any taste, from Asian to Western, with local options too. The staff was incredibly attentive. The Spa was also great. I had one of the best massages ever.
Due to the high humidity, some dependencies were mouldy, causing some allergic reactions. I would also like to have additional restaurant alternatives in the building.

Staff were friendly
Breakfast is not as good as it used to be before. Furniture in rooms are not in best quality. Staff need some training in dealing with clients
