Love the location. I know it may cost more, but it was worth it to have such an amazing location, with all we could need, fabulous linens- like brand new towels and robes. To have space and such comfort is, for me who goes every year, was a real treat. Oh and trr he e grocery right around the corner. Loved every minute! Thank you.

The location was very good!!! Very near the Notre Dame which I really wanted. It was a few steps was from the Seine and near Saint germain! It was also very near the Metro stations which is a big plus.
The only problem were the quality of the doors and being located right by the street. I don't know how secure that can be. And the worst part was the garbage collection at like 5 am in the morning which wakes you up due to the beeping sound and the collection of garbage. They had 4 apartments in the building and we stayed at # 1. I think the better location would have been at # 4 which was at a side street where no cars would pass and far from the street where the garbage collection is done.

I liked that the washer and dryer was a single unit and it worked great! It was a much needed perk because we were needing a full set of clean clothes before the next leg of our journey.
The electronic phone key app didn't work for us, but they met us to hand us physical keys, which is kind of a pain to carry around. Wish they had a 'door code'. But I'm being very picky because I can't think of anything else negative to say. The location was so amazing. The property was very clean. They were very responsive if I needed anything. The size of the room was quite nice for a Paris apartment in that location.

This apartment is an excellent location for seeing Notre Dame and the area. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. It is on the ground floor (actually there are two steps down to the apartment) so it is very convenient for entering/leaving with luggage.
It was warm (high 70's) the 3 days we were at the apartment. There is no air conditioning and unfortunately, there is a bar directly across the alley. People were standing outside the bar at night smoking. We couldn't open the windows as the cigarette smoke would enter the apartment. This would be a nice place in cooler weather.
