Wonderful location and green trees outside.

Location and the green outlook.

It was u seasonably hot in Paris for early September - and this meant the apartment was warmer than expected. I had raised this with my hosts before arriv8ng and 5hey kindly provided a small electric fan which was ver6 helpful.

Very good !!

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was kept very clean, and I stayed for 8 nights, and they cleaned it and changed the sheets and towels during the stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, dishes, etc., and there was also water, juice, and seasonings. I think the owner is very good at providing good service. They were also happy to store my luggage for me. I would like to stay here again! Thank you very much.

Very good place near train station

Very convenient location, five minutes walk from the train station, all that is necessary in walking distance: stores, cafes, metro station, to visit the sights do not even need public transport, you can walk to everything. The apartment is very clean and well maintained, has everything you need: bathroom accessories, kitchenette with utensils and appliances, there is also a good fan for cooling. Before booking I doubted whether it would be comfortable to stay in an apartment without air conditioning in hot weather, but roller shutters and a fan are quite capable of cooling even in +30 heat. Special thanks for the thermostatic mixer in the shower, an incredibly comfortable thing that you rarely find anywhere else. The bed is very comfortable, fast internet (compared to the internet at home in Germany it is a bit shocking that "in the hotel" internet is much better than at home) The owner is very pleasant, always in touch and responds quickly, and even allowed to keep our luggage between checkout and train departure, which is rare. Yes, there is no wardrobe in the apartment, but there were enough hangers and drawers to accommodate things for a week's stay of two people.

The only small inconvenience was the occasional construction noise in the morning somewhere in the neighboring buildings, but it is difficult to do anything about it from host side. If you close the window, then the noise is practically not heard, but then it becomes more hot in the room.
