The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there was a fan on the ceiling which was needed as we were in the basement rooms. It was a pretty building too.
Not enough outlets the plug stuff in. I wish there was outlets by the bed. There is ones for the lights but you have to unplug the lights if you want to use the outlets for your phones.

The location was great and the cafe was wonderful. The menu was extensive and the food was great.
The room we were placed in. We could hear people coming in and going out of the main entrance and also people getting in the lift.

The room was large enough, bathroom was very clean and good. Beds were excellent. Location is very good, close to Hyde Park.
We were not able to open a window. Note for the owner: We stayed in room 105: On the second night, we were severely disturbed by the noise from the air conditioning unit, which is located outside, right by our window. This went on until 5:55 a.m. The noise was comparable to the engine of a truck. As a result, we barely got any sleep. You really should do something about this.
