The location was phenomenal, and our favorite part of the stay was undoubtedly the balcony with its breathtaking caldera views. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the location made it a special place to stay in Oia.
The rooms and bathrooms were quite small, and the overall space felt cramped, with the layout prioritizing the cave-style aesthetic over comfort. We also noticed stains on the towels, although the host replaced them immediately when we requested it, which we appreciated.

Location, location, location. Set just outside the centre of Oia. The host Sabrina - exceptional. Attentive, friendly and always available - made our stay an enjoyable experience.
Table inside and out set with four chairs - a challenge for an adult family of six. Lack of privacy inside also a small concern.

Location is just before Oia so was nice and quiet. The villa was very clean.
The bathrooms!! The villa is a traditional cave setting which is great, but the shower was also traditional with just a hanging facet by toliet. Wife hated the shower as everything gets wet and stays wet. Nothing is provided to clean up the water after a shower. The floor becomes very slippery if you need to use toilet after. VERY small sinks as well. No Breakfast included. For the price I feel breakfast should be included like the other hotels do in Santorini. Cleaning is available but was not discussed. You must contact a company to schedule.
