We were so grateful for the hotel's exceptional hospitality! After a flight delay, we arrived late at 9:00 PM, well past standard check-in. The staff stayed late just to personally hand over our room keys. Their warm, welcoming attitude made a late-night arrival completely stress-free
We traveled around Jeju Island in a Tesla Model Y, so reliable EV charging was essential. The hotel listing advertised electric chargers on-site, but upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn we couldn't use either of them. One was privately owned, and the other was reserved exclusively for the hotel owner. Listing EV charging as an amenity when guests aren't permitted to use the chargers is very misleading.
