self check in is super easy! I love the full equipped kitchen, and the hot and powerful shower, there is paid washing machine (AUD 4 for 30 min)and drying machine( AUD3 for 60 min) at the basement, only by credit card, and throw the rubbish is super convenience, just at the basement.
Very near to kings park , cat bus is near. can also walk to city center
Some neighbors shut the door very loudly at the mid night. but this is not the owner's problem

Bathroom could do with a refresh/ update.

Great location. Clean and tidy with everything needed for a nice stay. Handy to a local shopping centre and food outlets. Well located to get around Perth easily.
Maybe the laundry arrangement. Would be nice to have it in the apartment rather than the communal laundry and 'public' drying line, but not a major issue.

Location is absolutely magnificent. King's Park is a really short walk away, plus you can also take the bus right on the doorstep. The apartment has EVERYTHING you need. Very nice to find the bottle of milk and fresh water in the fridge.
Booking made actually a mistake in the reservation, but the landlords were able to arrange for us this second apartment. Simply fantastic.
Nothing. We were sad to leave actually.
