Beautiful historical hotel.
Travelers had weird vibes. Bar staff wanted bigger tips.

The vibe was great, the room very well decorated
Airco did not heat the room and it gets cold at night in October, woke up to 56 room despite setting it to 71 at 4 a.m. the neon light shining in all night and being on a busy road next to even busier train track produces lots and lots of noise

Yes, there was a power failure, which took out four hours of our stay at the hotel. The front desk manager, Sierre advised I should receive a 50% discount
The fact that there is a power failure, the hotel had no generator. Please provide me with a 50% discount on my overall bill.

"Have stayed here multiple times. Great historic hotel. Always great service. This time we were in one of the motel units and it was just great. Retro decorated with Rt. 66 period furnishings. Fabulous..."
