In a safe place, very clean and comfortable bed.
It’s not the property per se, it’s the mosquitoes,one must come prepared,I wish there was a microwave in the room.

The bed and linnen were really nice. We appreciated the soundproofing of the room. The location is really good. Everything is really clean, including the bathroom (which is not always the case in SE-Asia). We loved the spacious room and bathroom and the aesthetics of the place. The people who work there were really helpful and easily accessible.
During the booking process for airport dropoff, they were quite pushy about when we would be paying. Instead of just waiting 2 hours until checkout, they came to our room while I was in the shower and my partner was packing his stuff. This was not a nice experience for us, but it was also understandable from their side.

Noise from surrounding properties
Felt weird going round the pool and being right outside someone else’s room
Quite tucked away from main streets we hired a ped to get around this

Thr room is big. Staff repond efficiently and quickly through WhatsApp. Nea4by hotel staff Casa Artista not so helpful. Comfy bed.
Location of villa is too far to walk to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet area. Maybe a bit too quiet and deserted for comfort.
Confusing. No proper signage to identify the hotel.
