The breakfast and the breakfast room were fantastic! The view is spectacular and the selection of foods is sufficient.
The parking garage was interesting. You need to drive your car into an elevator which takes you down into the underground parking garage. It was not intuitive how to use it, especially if you never had before - and the staff unfortunately did not explain it well. The hotel in itself is a bit outdated, ie: hallway carpets had tears in them. But the room was clean, though the beds were very hard!

All very good
Breakfast staff a little icy.

If travelling by train, then the location is perfect. Quiet street 5 mins from both main station & Metro stop. Room was spacious & clean. Front desk staff were exemplary.
There was a minor problem with my room electrics & a drip but front desk staff helped resolve. I didn’t think the breakfast was value for money, although breakfast room does have an amazing view

Comfy bed with well sprung mattress
Wonderful air conditioning
Novel (for us) car lift to garage
Layout of bathroom- no separation between toile and shower. Totally impractical
Slow hair dryer
Very basic breakfast - everything from machines no personal service. Not enough staff on. One of two coffee machines not working.
Dreadful design of breakfast area - some seats too low to sit at tables if you are under 6ft and area prone to overheating once sun came up.
