Prime location right at the beach. The listingIs as described the only thing is the pool looks bigger in the pics but it served its purpose. We will definitely book again

Rental week June 6 - June 13, 2026Overall we enjoyed our stay, the most significant issue was that the third-floor air conditioning was not functioning, only fans in that area. Maintenance deserves recognition for their responsiveness and addressing issues. Unfortunately, the repair required parts or equipment that could not be provided during our stay, so the AC remained nonfunctional. As for the house itself, the location is outstanding. We have fond memories of vacationing in this area for many years, and we love being directly on the beach with Gulf-facing rooms. This home offers excellent beach access and beautiful views from most of the bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd floor AC systems worked well, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the en-suite bathrooms, which provided privacy and convenience for our large family. The kitchen was generally well equipped. We appreciated having a crockpot, two coffee makers, an ice machine and extra beverage refrigerator. The laundry room featured a nice washer and dryer, and while the pool was small, it provided a pleasant alternative to the beach during the hottest parts of the day. Like many beach rentals, the home shows some wear and tear, but it remains a comfortable property in a wonderful location. Despite the third-floor AC issue, we were able to enjoy a relaxing week with our family and create lasting memories. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather throughout the week, with temperatures around 85 degrees.

We had a great time , the house was located right on the beach! It was a beautiful location. The house was set up nicely. We had an issue with the TVs on arrival but the issue was taken care of promptly. We did have to clean up after prior guests as the dishes in the cabinets were not cleaned and had lettuce all over them, we also found leftover alcohol in the house which we disposed of. We had a great time and felt like our concerns were heard.

Location, view great. House well stocked and entry easy. Roomy. A few issues. Upstairs control to AC dead battery so AC didn't work. Ants in a few of the rooms. Some major soft spots under flooring on main level. Oven didn't heat properly.
