Location was great, had everything we needed however a few things could be updated. Master shower is terrible, can’t adjust or move. Living room furniture, carpeting and better linens could be improved but we all had a great time. Just giving you feedback- still a good place to rent.

Great location. 10 minutes to a nice beach on Lake Michigan. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a nice community pool.

The cabin was comfortable with a beautiful fireplace, interoir, front and back porch. Close to pool and walkway to wonderful dock. We saw a blue heron, swans, frogs, ducks, beavers and caught a fish! Great family vacation

The cabin was wonderful. Loved the layout. The spaces were very comfortable. The surroundings were ideal being close to the board walk, to the lake and the swimming pool. Unfortunately, there are a few things that need attention. The refrigerator was dirty inside, the quilts on the bed needed washing, the master bathroom is carpeted, musty and old. It should be removed and replaced. The charcoal grill situation was not ideal as the trees are getting overgrown between the houses. The grill was also not clean. Fortunately, the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas were all nice and tidy.None of these issues kept our family from enjoying vacation but if I would have rented this place with other friends, this would have been a problem. No one wants to check into a place and put their food into a dirty fridge. I actually lined the refrigerator surfaces with paper towels and put our stuff on that. We would love to come back someday but would like assurances that these issues have been addressed. We loved the location and love Saugatuck.
