Fabulous location overlooking the piazza with wrap-around balcony, full kitchen and two bathrooms (one is an ensuite).
Excellent communication prior to arrival about the exact location, how to get in (door code) and suggestions for where to park after unloading our luggage. Bonus for us was an EV charger in the piazza, so we could charge the car whilst unloading. Lovely and quiet at night - the nightlife is focused on the other, larger piazzas (which are an easy walk away if you like that sort of thing.)
The lift doesn't go all the way to the top floor, so we had to carry heavy bags up one set of stairs. Not much of a problem for us, as we are fit and strong, but could be an issue for others.

Great location, between Piazza Roma and Piazza del Popolo. Good space. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The views, the location, the space was AMAZING! We LOVED our stay and wished we had more time there. It was close to the piazza's, churches, museums and made it easy to walk around the entire city. The place was quiet with quiet neighbors. Loved it!
The only item, would be, if there is an event in the piazza, you may hear noise from the event in the evening.
