Excellent location close to the underground, bars and restaurants. The room had everything you need for your stay. It was clean and comfortable. Shower was great but you have to wait a while for hot water. We would recommend to our friends.
Marked the room down slightly because of the stairs. It's a long way up after a long day travelling. But it is worth it. We also had a bit of trouble with the entry code for the room but thos was sorted really quickly. There is a telephone by the entrance to contact the owners with any problems but we did not see this on the first night and made contact via the booking.com app. which worked fine.

The location was excellent for the City in a beautiful safe neighbourhood.
It was small but had space for all our needs for a few nights.
The stairs were a bit of a pain but it was worth it to have a great view of the local street.

The property was in a location we could walk to Boston Common & Fenway Park. It was great to have a laundry on site. The on-site guy & one of the cleaners helped us get our bags up & down from the 4th floor.
The property had no lift & the stairs were very steep.
We were given the wrong access code to get into the room which was very stressful as we didn’t have a phone number or phone to call someone. Luckily, another visitor was able to email the property manager & a new code was provided quickly.

location
there was any cleaning in all time of our stay. I forgot in the drawer things ( many hair and dentist products) and tried to recover in the days after and never recovered my things! there was a leak in the ceiling and we can hear a lot the noise in the corridors. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which is not easy to transport suitcases.it’s impossible to park a car in the area.
