Clean, cool (in DC in July) and with a comfortable bed—just as advertised. We were very comfortable.

We really liked the property and location. I had never been in this area of DC and it is very charming.
We used Uber a lot simply because it was so hot our time here. Walking would be fine for us given a heatwave break.
We cooked a few dinners and breakfasts right here which saved a lot of money.
The bed is comfortable and the AC was good, thankfully!

The property was perfect for our weekend in DC. We had 3 adults and walked everywhere. The location felt safe and quiet and was close to our family, so was ideal. Check-in and out was very easy. We'd definitely book again.

Great location in a safe and clean neighborhood. Quick access to the Metro, bus, and area restaurants. Easy walk to the Mall. The owner responded quickly to our messages. Thank you!
