About this apartment rental
Beautiful completely remodeled 2 bed 2 bath ground floor condo, with large outdoor covered patio. Located in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood there are monkeys outside the door and very privet but still only 400 meters to the beach and 5 to 10 min walk to all restaurants, bars, and local souvenir shops in downtown Coco. Unit is well equipped with a/c, new bedding, towels, linens , plates and all kitchen appliances. Please come visit us for a nice vacation in paradise. Pura Vida!! Very open clean beach feel with privacy. Several of the properties located in Las Palmas have no privacy, people can look in the windows of the condo, see the pool from the street, and their are different units on all 4 sides. We are in the back of Las Palmas elevated from the road so you can't see the pool or open space without walking up the entrance with open space out our back door and behind the units seeing monkeys and other animals is a common occurrence. The condo is located in Marine sunset, one of the nicest complexes in the Las Palmas development. Many of the other complexes people walking on the street ,which there are a lot, can see the pool and inside the windows of the condos. Here it is very private and only 16 units to the pool so most of the time you have to to yourself There is parking out front of the condo if you have a car but a lot of people just walk, take taxis, or rent golf carts. It is very safe in coco, you can walk the beach or to town alone even at night with nothing to worry about Property management company also has a concierge service that can do anything from getting groceries before you arrive, helping rent golf carts for cars, booking tours in excursions including fishing or anything else you might need

It is always great to arrive to a premises you have visited several times and know there will be no surprises.Bonnie, the superintendent, dropped over to make sure everything was in order. The hosts are always ready to respond to any queries one may have.

Great condo in a great quiet location. Loved the outdoor space, offering lots of shade and comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bbq was a definite bonus. We tend to cook in often. Short walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to core of Coco. Suited us perfectly. Property manager couldn’t be more helpful… thanks Bonnie

Have previously stayed at these premises and was very happy with the facilities and especially the layout of the condo. The patio area is great. Enjoyed a leisurely coffee(Costa Rican of course) every morning before preparing breakfast. For anyone who wishes to skip meals, we found a number of cafes and restaurants less than a ten minute walk. Want to explore, just need to contact the superintendent and she will look after your tours. Also a booklet outlining activities etc on the coffee table.BTW. We are returning again next February.
