The location and the staff. We loved heavens door
The room was not clean. The man at the desk and on the operational phone number recommended us a shared taxi instead of Gunung mass and it was a horrible experience taking 9 hours instead of 4 in an uncomfortable and unsafe car. I also didn’t appreciate the ChatGPT written apology I got after sending him a message
