Artfully appointed two bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with full kitchen, living room. Main level includes the kitchen, living room and extra half bath. The second level includes two large bedrooms with king size beds and a fully updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The home is located in the heart of Louisville's trendy Germantown neighborhood. It is centrally located between the Highlands, Churchill Downs, and downtown, and just around the corner are Goss Avenue restaurants, bars, and a Kroger store. This remodeled two-story home has hardwood floors, The full kitchen is complete with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee and tea). The backyard has a table and chair as well as a fire pit and grill in a relaxing garden.
The home is a typical “shotgun” style with the front two rooms and bath as a separate private apartment in the front third of the house with no shared spaces between them.

Stayed here for the Derby. It was great for our needs, close to lots of restaurants, and a short drive to the track and downtown. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very clean and has lots of very cool decorations. Back patio was cozy and the neighborhood is perfect to walk to a brewery or restaurant. Communication was always prompt. Easy to check-in and out. Fit four of us perfect for a concert. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Wonderful stay!! The location was nearby to our venue in a neighborhood that was calm and quiet. The property was exactly as described including all of the listed amenities. Everything was very clean and lots of little touches like extra fresh towels, individual soaps and a coffee pot. Also, the washer and dryer was a life saver! Would definitely recommend and we'll absolutely try and book again when back in the area.
