Apartment on top most floor was good but getting the lift work again would be great. The location is at its best, close to central station and right beside the river. The kitchen was cool with all the needful.
It was luck that there was some other person who knew the host to get us the key, without him we were not able to check in because we did not have lockbox code and primarly the contact number was not being answered by the host. Even the wifi for work purpose was unavailable and contacting and messaging on booking.com did not get us any close to the host in solving our problem.

We stayed 3 nights and the location is excellent, right in the centre of town with everything within walking distance. The apartment is nice and has all the basics you need.
It is in the roof space, so there are a lot of stairs. This could be difficult for older guests or anyone with heavy luggage.
Our main reason for booking was the terrace and the views shown in the listing, and unfortunately neither fully matched the description. The terrace looks into a courtyard with only building walls and no view. The river view shown in the photos cannot be seen from the living room. The only way to see anything is to stand on a chair and look out through the high-level dormer windows (photo attached). We would not have booked if we had known this, and the listing should be updated so future guests know what to expect.
Apart from that, it's a pleasant place in a great location.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung war eigentlich ganz gut, z.B., wenn man selbst kochen will.
im Urban Loft müssten mal dringend die Handwerker ran.
Elektriker:
Licht im oberen Treppenhaus komplett ausgefallen!! Stockdunkel und für ältere Leute brandgefährlich!!
Licht im Obergeschoss über dem kleinen Bett ausgefallen.
Schreiner:
Balkontür zu niedrig eingestellt, deshalb nur durch Spezielle Technik zu öffnen. Toilettentür falsch eingestellt, lässt sich kaum schließen.
Das Dachfenster über den Betten lässt sich überhaupt nicht mehr schließen!! Auch die Jolousie kann durch Betätigung des Schalters nicht mehr bewegt werden.
Im Schrank bei den Betten liegen irgendwelche alten Hosen oder Stofffetzen rum!
Die eigentlich recht schön eingerichtete Wohnung hat aufgrund der vielen Mängel die besten Tage schon lange hinter sich!
Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, wenn eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter überhaupt möglich wäre. Auf entsprechende Mails gibt es aber keinerlei Reaktion.
