About this house rental
This incredibly spacious six-bedroom home is just west of Portland and allows you to comfortably sleep 16 in beds. Everything is new, including the home! The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy the space together while also offering tons of amenities with something for everyone. There are two large main floor bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed. The garage has been converted into a recreation room, complete with ping pong table and seating. The backyard also has a hot tub for your family and group to enjoy.
Upstairs, there are four more large bedrooms. One was converted into a bunk room complete with media entertainment and seating which includes two twin over full bunk beds. You will also find a number of games the whole family can enjoy. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, while the master bedroom has a second king bed. The master bathroom is large and comfortable and boasts a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub for maximum relaxation. Just beyond, there is a walk-in closet that has been converted into a nursery, complete with crib, pack and play, toys, and seating for nursing if needed.
Whether you are doing something in the Portland area or in the surrounding region, this is the perfect home for your group or family to base out of to enjoy all that the northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
*PLEASE NOTE*: Parking is limited to 3 cars due to shared driveway with neighbor. 2 cars allowed to park in front of garage and 1 additional to the right of garage near fence. All other vehicles must park on street and cannot block neighbors access. Please be sure you are pulled up to property to allow for easy passage for neighbor.

Work-space: Fast WiFi throughout the house with a desk set up in the downstairs king bedroom for a quiet space to work.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with double oven and gas range.
Washer and dryer for any laundry needs. This property has it all.

We had a great time at this place! The house was a great space for two families (12 adults) to spend the week. The home was lovely, pretty well stocked with kitchen needs, clean, and in a nice convenient location. The hot tub was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring!

This is a great place for a family. Very large—we never seemed to be cramped in anyway. While we didn’t use the hot tub, that was certainly a wonderful feature that you don’t normally see. I’m partially disabled and appreciate the 2 bedrooms and two baths on the main level.

This was a work trip to Hillsboro and so we didn't spend much time at the house. Our crew is close so it is always nice to be able to have time together to decompress after work. Short term rentals are an amazing option, way better than hotel rooms.

The good: The house was large, all of the beds were comfortable, and linens were clean. Had a dedicated nursery with crib and rocking chair for baby as well as monitors and sound machine. All bedrooms had blackout windows. It included many helpful items for toddlers. Needs work: Overall you can tell it’s been a well used Vrbo. The bunkbed room’s couch is busted. Kitchen items are beat up, ie both tea kettles lids were melted. For being so baby/toddler friendly there were a few unsafe things. Every bedroom had a mirror some very large and heavy that were not secured to the wall. Very dangerous for small children. Too many fragile nick nacs in bedrooms and tv room. Not necessary in a Vrbo in my opinion.Very few outlet covers. Not expected from a Vrbo but since they’re are so many baby and toddler items and they have a nursery, I’d hope it would be considered. The kitchen was missing some basic items that you would expect from a larger Vrbo. That said, they did dropped off some items missing we asked for. (I don’t typically do this) The refrigerator was not working properly (said 34 degrees but items like butter were melting) we ended up throwing away any dairy items we brought. I did write them to let them know about the mirror and the refrigerator so those may have been addressed by now. Overall it fit my family’s needs but honestly I wouldn’t stay there again. It would work for infants or kids 6yrs and up but not great for in between those ages in my opinion.
