About this house rental
Magnificent waterfront home with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Private, 270-degrees of water frontage on stunning waterway, just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, located in a quiet and desirable cul-de-sac in charming Wilton Manors. The Watergarden Villa offers water views from the master suite, dining room, living room, and two guest bedrooms. With the pool deck, hot tub and patio area having a southern exposure, the sun rises and sets from any vantage of the home. Relaxation here is guaranteed... relax in the hammock under the palm trees while overlooking the water; enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock; play in the pool; grill outside on the deck which features a large dining table; soak in the hot tub; or simply sit in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the palm trees sway.

The very large kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry and features an extra-long bar counter which overlooks the expansive living room with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water.
Each of the bedrooms is very spacious and all of the bathrooms are updated. The master bedroom has its own bathroom at one end of the house. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with two full bathrooms. There is also a half bath in the laundry room in the hallway behind the kitchen.

This truly is a beautiful property with a stunning view. The pool is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We also loved using the paddle boards, kayaks, and beautiful outdoor spaces. There is a swing that is a perfect spot for morning coffee and watching the moon rise. The house was very clean and just as described in the listing. The house lays out well with a main king bedroom with en suite on one side of the common area and the three queen bedrooms and two bathrooms on the other side with their own private TV room. Great for our three generation group. Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants are just minutes away. Las Olas area and other attractions around 15 minutes away. We would stay again!

Great communication from the property manager. The house had everything we needed and we had a great relaxing time.

Booking process and check in fine.
When we arrived we had to call manager to change all bed linen in property,which he did within a few hours.
I will not go into detail on the state of the bed linen.
But took many photos to substantiate our concerns.
As this was a fact finding trip for us,we pu up with the other problems.
Microwave unusable due to the roof of microwave being completely rusted out.
French doors leading to pool had to be locked with wooden pole in the bottom glide rail.There were more issues but we put up with them.
The property needs a general refurbishment to bring it up to standard.
