The house can accommodate 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 kids (more children allowed with owner’s permission). Parking for 3 cars. No pets and no smoking allowed. Send owner a message if interested in a long term fall rental and we can work on a monthly rent. The beach is just as beautiful in September and October!

My family and I had a such a wonderful time during our stay at this house! The host was easy to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. The home itself was well kept, spacious, and perfect for a 5 person family! The neighborhood was quiet area! Close to all things in York!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in York at this house. We loved how quick the walk was from the house to the beach on long sands and was just a quick drive to short sands. The house was even better than the pictures and the porch was perfect for having morning coffee and playing cards. There was everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen. We also loved how quiet and private the road was so our little one could go on walks with us and we didn’t worry about cars zooming by. Wonderful place to stay!
