From the second first step into the property, I was greet to buy Carl very polite and pleasant and gave me an upgrade which was very much appreciated

Staff and location were stand out for me. Carl In particular went above and beyond to assist in extending our stay. The cleaner too ensured our needs were met for coffee. Gigi too was a nice addition to the team.
The restraunt inside was not cool enough to be comfortable however the food and drinks were exceptional quality

Great location on the beach. Was upgraded to a suite which was beautiful.
Wonderful staff in particular Jillian and James. They were most helpful and always happy to help.

Staff were nice and proffessional
No shampoo, very low quality soap, very strict guidelines on no guests not previously shown during booking
