This was a great location for our family reunion! Very comfortable house and wonderful path to the beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas made it easy! We had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon!

The location was wonderful with a sand path right to the lake. The kids loved the big backyard to play. The house was nicely stocked with linens, towels, beach toys, etc. Our only complaint was that because of the age of the house, the floors were creaky and the basement steps were dangerously steep for kids to navigate. But the size was great and we would consider coming back again!

Our family has been visiting the Michigan City area for about 10 years and have stayed at several really nice homes, but this is our favorite to date! We really enjoyed the private beach and path. Also has a great view (which is somewhat rare as the dunes hide lake views at many locations). Parking for four vehicles, five bedrooms, and three full baths were perfect for our group of nine adults. The listing states that this house sleeps 14, which might be crowded if all adults; however, if there are children in the mix, then definitely doable. Also a nice backyard for outdoor games and lounging. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful beach area. Loved the kid toys for the beach. Only issues were that the beach towels were dirty and they didn’t supply trash bags or dish soap. Not a huge deal but wish we would have known ahead of time so we could have brought some to use.
