About this apartment rental
As of 6/1/2020, I will only make 1-2 months at a time available for reservations. I usually try and open up a new month(s) around the 15th of the month prior.
Come to Steamboat Springs and relax in our home away from home. Park your car in the over-sized one car heated garage and enter directly into our large (approx. 800 sq. ft.) one bedroom unit.
Our condo is very nicely furnished, and has everything we could think of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are located on the mountain just a few blocks from the Ski area. If you are not bringing your car, the garage is still a great place to store all of your gear and you can use the free Steamboat Springs Transit bus service with a stop located at the front of the complex.
The cozy living area has a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and a high quality queen sleep sofa with a 5 inch mattress. There is a leather recliner for relaxing and a 32 inch HDTV with cable and HBO. We provide WiFi and have a printer/copier available if needed. There are also games, movies, toys and books for all ages.
The bedroom has a King bed with high quality linens and a down comforter. There is a ceiling fan and a 29 inch HDTV that also has cable and HBO.
The full size kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at home. There are full size stainless steel appliances along with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, toaster oven, griddle, and Crock Pot. We have also added a Keurig brewer, so bring your favorite K Cups and enjoy. There is a dining area with a table for 4 and also seating at the bar.
The bathroom has a large granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo (with newly added hand rails) a shower massage and all the hot water you could possibly need.
All linens, towels, dishes, silverware and cookware are provided, as are an iron/ironing board, soaps and laundry detergent. There is an extra large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer along with extra hanging and storage space for guests staying in the living room. If the weather is nice, we have a west facing patio with table and chairs to enjoy time outside in the awesome Steamboat sunshine!

We LOVED our stay in Steamboat Springs! The condo was spacious and felt like visiting family - definitely a well-cared for property. Everything was clean,up-to-date with plenty of extras provided in the well-stocked kitchen - it was like being at home! There wasn't a single thing we needed to eat and cook there that we couldn't find in the cupboards!We were so close to downtown Steamboat Springs and Steamboat Resort. We were traveling by car but the town shuttle buses were close by if you need that option.I would absolutely recommend this property for singles, couples, or a small family.

Host sent a detailed email about how to get into the property making the whole process smooth. Even though the unit wasn’t air-conditioned all the rooms had ceiling fans. Black out blinds that kept the unit nice & cool. Great spot to take walks, easy walk to ski village. We really enjoyed.

Perfect stay for the few days we had there. Condo was spotless and equipped with with everything we needed, perfectly located, and Cecily was an excellent hostess. We will be back for sure!

Great place for 2 people. Love that the place feels like a home share! Condiments, coffee, tea, body wash, lotion. Communication was great, I love when they have CABLE AND LOCAL CHANNELS! I screwed up and needed an extra day and they let that happen.
