The neighborhood location was not accurately described, as it was on a busy street; the property description implied it was secluded. The rooms were accessible as described. The A/C was inoperable (non-working compressor) for half of our stay. Indoor temperature over 80 degrees. It was apparent that the (not in the area) owner did not know its condition before renting to us. Many small items needed repair--fans, handles on drawers, etc. The owner did manage to get an A/C tech to repair the compressor on the holiday weekend we were there, but it was too late to make us comfortable. It was obvious that the A/C unit was too small to cool the space.

Hosted a gathering for my husband's 50th. Inside and outside spaces were perfect and had everything we needed. Convenient location to downtown. Quick drive to groceries, food, beer, and wine and spirits.
