Just a short 5 block walk to Newport Avenue, the heart of Ocean Beach where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Centrally located in San Diego this place is close airport, downtown San Diego and Balboa Park.
Approximately 550 square feet in size this place feels quite roomy as ceilings are open beam and vaulted.
Sleeps 4, one queen bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa
Fully stocked kitchen.
Beach gear includes the following: wagon, cooler, 2 beach chairs and umbrella
Linens and towels included
Outdoor deck is shared with the unit next door.
Garage on site for parking
Ocean Beach in the flight path of the San Diego airport. Planes can begin taking off at 6:30 am and the last departures typically occur around 11:30 pm. There is a curfew in place that prohibits departures between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.

We enjoyed our stay at Pipi’s Paradise. Perfect size for the 2 of us and our pup. Communicating with the host was top notch. Proximity to dog beach was perfect. Really appreciated the outside shower station with towels for the dog. Thanks!

Cute, modern, walking distance to the beach and all the best places in OB. And incredibly clean!! Although I’m a dog person, I’m pretty picky about rentals that allow pets. My experience is they normal aren’t as clean and/or smell. Not at all the case here! If it weren’t for the adorable pups in the neighboring rentals, you would never know this rental occasionally (probably regularly) has canine guests. Looking forward to an opportunity to return with my own pup!

Very cute small home in an excellent location. Very walkable close to the beach and restaurants. The decor was so cute and perfect for 2 people. Great to have a garage in this location!
