Great house for a family gathering! We brought family in from around the country to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Super layout, great communication, really well-stocked kitchen for all the cooking we did, and easy access to beaches, marina, and other activities. Awesome views! Note that the A/C struggles to keep up in the late afternoon with the setting sun (windows face west) in July - but this is minor issue. We pulled the shades and turned on the fans, and that helped. I'm grateful for the easy communication with the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great review! Gets warm during the summer on the top and middle floors but that is to be expected.
