About this house rental
Permit 000324. Our beautiful, Spanish-style villa is was built in 2005 and is located in the small gated community of Puerta Azul, in South La Quinta adjacent to PGA West. It is a 15 minute bike ride to Coachella Festival. Our home has 12' ceilings and is all on one level and features three bedrooms- two with king beds , and one with a queen bed and gas fireplace. There is master and guest bathroom and all bedrooms and common area have ceiling fans .
The private gated yard features a private pool and spa, a built in gas BBQ grill, , outdoor table with 6 chairs with fan above table , love seat and four chairs with gas fire table , and three chaise lounges. It has western exposure and has views of the mountains.
The home is air conditioned and has fantastic light from the numerous west facing windows. The kitchen is modern with granite tile and stainless appliances and features an island with seating for light meals or hanging out. There are fans in all three bedrooms, family room and outside eating area above the table.
The master bathroom features dual vanities, private toilet, tub and frameless glass shower. The second bathroom has a walk in glass shower, single vanity and toilet.
There are flat screen cable TVs in both the family room and the master bedroom.
Our house also has a private one car garage for your use and a washer and dryer for those longer stays!
Puerta Azul is a resort like community and has two large hotel like community pools & spas (one only one house away and the other only a 4 minute walk from our house!). Puerta Azul features a fitness center, tennis & bocce ball courts, clubhouse, with a walking trail (paseo) running through the center of the resort. The resort setting features spectacular mountain views and a convenient location to the golf at PGA West (right next to Puerta Azul) and the restaurants in Old Town La Quinta.

Absolute Perfection in La QuintaOur stay at this La Quinta property was absolutely flawless from start to finish.The moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by how spotless everything was. The linens were crisp, the kitchen was gleaming, and every corner of the house was meticulously detailed. It genuinely felt like we were the very first guests to ever stay here.You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s nestled in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood but still incredibly close to Old Town La Quinta, fantastic golf courses, hiking trails, and great dining options. Getting around was an absolute breeze.The owner Diane was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly proactive, checking in to ensure we had a smooth arrival and responding to our messages almost instantly. Their local recommendations were also spot on!If you are looking for a stress-free, luxury desert getaway with a host who truly cares about your experience, look no further. We are already planning our next trip back!

We loved staying here! The pool and hot tub were amazing, the house was well stocked, and communication with Diane was very easy. We stayed for Coachella the house was less than 15 minutes from the festival. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a great location and is nicely set up. The private pool and hot tub is a fantastic plus (although a bit pricey). The host is very accommodating and attentive.
