The staff packing the breakfast were careless and did not separate the food into sets. Some bags contain only sandwiches, while others hold only snacks and fruit, they are not packed as complete sets containing everything for one person.

Clean, good standard, very polite staff even senior staff are all excellent.i must mention name Ravet in breakfast place was excellent. She was going out of her way to make not only us but every one comfortable. She is very polite, loyal, keen and committed employee. I think she is big assid to the company. Keep up the good work Ravet and best of luck in the Future
Not enough tea and coffee in the room. Some guests drink more coffee and tea than just one. Please replace old towels with new ones. The present set of towels are very old and ripped. Need to be replaced now. If possible please leave slippers in the room is

Property is close to airport
The rooms facing the main road / highway are noisy throughout the night , loud honking and sound of vehicles will leave you without a restful sleep
The restaurant serves very limited menu for breakfast , taste of which is average
The waiters are not trained in serving and seem to be lost in their own thought , not mindful of empty dishes on the buffet serving tables ,have to be continuously asked to refill
