It was quirky but comfortable. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The whole house was rather dark.
There were a few issues when we arrived but these were resolved the next morning. We had three cars and on street parking was very tight. So we largely used the one car that was garaged.

Games room was a bonus lounge as a big group nice not to have to all squeeze in one living room. 3 toilets great too
Very needed a dust and some fresh paint in places but nothing that.directly made a problem x

Spacious and great decor
Only thing I can fault is the need for the bathrooms to have a little TLC.

Good location in a pleasant residential area with short taxi ride to central Cardiff. Good games room and some fun touches throughout.
The kitchen is not well equipped at all and was not clean. The hob only had one ring out of 4 that ignited. There was no frying pan, and the wok and sieve have no handles so are useless There were no wine glasses and not enough mugs for all 9 of us to have a cup of tea at the same time. The coffee machine was flashing red because it needed descaling. There was a single tea towel,no dishwasher tablets and the fridge has several cracked shelves. There were also bulbs out in various lamps/lights and the state of the house is just generally tired and in need of some attention.I’ve attached some photos to highlight some of these issues including the chopping board, oven glove and utensils that were in the drawer and the grubby handles on the kitchen cupboards . Also note the bedroom with 2 extra beds are small child size beds not suitable for an adult.
